THE OBVIOUSNESS OF TRUTH

The obviousness of Truth is from spiritual origin.
The meanders of the untrue is from mental origin, deceitful(...)
I invite you to a "here to here" journey, from one heart to another heart. That exploration requires vigilance and generosity. It is to surrender to: " Yes to what I am and yes to what is there".
Welcome to the courageous man who is smitten by freedom and leaves from here and now for the noblest battle: to chose to let go his opinions, principals and believe in the quest for his true nature.
It takes a lot of courage and lucidity to question oneself about his thinking patterns and reasoning, in order to overcome our archaic memories and our inner dragons.
The first step of this exploration process consist in revealing our emotional and mental memories through exercises that allow us to see our reactions to events in our lives and to put our attention on instant resistance and judgments that comes automatically as: " I don't understand anything, it's not me, because of my past I can't live the present ,etc. ».
This reference of " me" which emerges, is the sum of our past experiences. It is like if we would plunge into a souvenir album. Looking at our broken leg when we were 10 years old, imagine if you were starting to limp now. In fact that souvenir is only a picture reflecting what we used to be in the past. We, now, in this instant, won't start to use crutches to walk. It's absurd. Thus, when you dialogue with your past, you identify yourself with a picture. And you are forgetting your true dynamic nature. You fool yourself like if you were trying to comb your hair on a picture!
The identification with the past results from unexpressed words, unmanaged emotions which have not found a sincere and caring ear that the relation was requiring at that moment. That has created roots into the psychological and mental "me". A well managed experience erases automatically all traces of memories that can identify to a continuous "me". A healthy relation is
nourishing and makes one growth to the play of life. It leaves no traces, the same way as when we write into the water. That self-erase mechanism operates within pure consciousness. It is the healthy and holy memory of the present moment, of the "here and now".

The second step of this exploration consists on integrating the path from here to here to rediscover that we also are the source: this is " The obviousness of the Truth".
The integration of "the obviousness of the Truth" is not accomplished on the usual thinking level, of reasoning and logic. The integration of "The obviousness of the Truth" is located on the primary outpouring, a big bang on the awaking thinking process, a quantum leap of the consciousness giving birth to the Universe, this without leaving its point of origin, primary striking of an emerging soul, within the astonishment of " I AM".
The obviousness of the Truth aim the use of the unifying cognitive intelligence, to target "the source", to get close to it, to see it "moving", to listen to it "chanting", to merge in its "light" and thus touch it for real.

The ignorance doesn't come from a lack of knowledge but from a lack of revelations. We took the habit to lace our shoes of opinions, certainties and believes every day. Thus we have to realize that we are producing automated thoughts, that we chew over and over the same thoughts.

Thus, a person sane from heart and mind, integrated in a sane spirituality, not generating conflicts with the source of life, will be the place and the link the universal intelligence will like to grow with and embody in. Life becoming the master, life becoming the living religion, every act will be consecrated onthe altar of devotion and to a service where the Creator and the Created actualize the world.

THE TRANSFORMATION

The secret of transformation holds in a very few words. The secret is to have no idea of what is about to be transformed, it is to take that risk.
As long as you have an idea on what you are willing to change, you're not in a transformation, you're in manipulation, in conceptualization, in thoughts of changing, in fantasy, in fiction, in unreality.
Because you nurture an imaginary thing, then an imaginary thing will get back to you. You are creating something that does not exist.
The only way to be part of a living transformation is to not prejudge, not claim responsibility, not idealizing, nothing. Being only there, taking the risk of what is going on right here and now, that is being in an «I-don't-know» attitude.
If you have the slightest idea on the manner of changing your life or the world, you're not serving life. Confidence is necessary. The sane transformation is totally ignoring itself.

BELIEF OR SELF-REFERRAL

We have to feel this aspect : the revelation of oneself. It is simple experiences, sometimes flashbacks of unity. On this level only can we build self-confidence, self-referral. Otherwise, we stay under the control of some authority, dogma, church or guru.
AVOID USING THOUGHT AS ANOTHER ORGAN OF PERCEPTION
Why is it so hard just to let go an old belief ? Because there's a superb wile, a superb trap, a trick of magic of maya, of illusion, making belief to hide its belief nature. It's pretending to be the truth.
One has to be able to feel by the mean of his senses when he's in the truth, in the possible, in the actual, and in the immediate. Not using his thought as a new organ of perception.

RECOGNIZING OUR TRUE NATURE

The sun isn't dependent on an external blaze. In the same way, let's ourselves be appreciating and recognizing that we're sun's sons.
Like a sunray, we're all and always connected to the core of the sun. A ray isn't apart from the sun. It is the sun, by merely as a ray, as an individual expression of the sun. Each and every one of us, in this individuality, this personality, this body, we are this ray of light. It's very important not to forget this relation.
What's so strange about us is that we forget about it and then we conceptualize, we cheat, we're reasonably thinking with our intellect that we really are separated. We're able to conceive this separation. The sunray comes to cut itself from its source, from its origin by its own reflection on itself by forgetting its own nature.
It cut itself from the sun ? No, in reality, it is still connected ­ but it comes to forget it again. It comes to «tear» apart something that's always there and to make this tear more real than real.
It creates a mirage and it believes more in the mirage than in the reality. It's a trick of mind we're making ourselves and that's a mistake. It's an error of strategy.
Pure knowledge is the fruit of its own revelation. Pure knowledge, pure revelation is the discovery of the «Me-sap», «Me-infinite value», an ever renewing source in its own core, an unalterable, inexhaustible, unlimited source. Within that source, values of Absolute, values of the Sap are being expressed.
Also that lightening source is made out of a structure, an intelligence, an energy. It's holding its own extension, its own extension-contraction, its own reunion. Its holding the without-limit and all the limits.
In the heart of that source, God is singing. He's dancing on a rhythm, following a chant. If He'd stop dancing, if He'd stop singing, human's history, the world's history, the reality's history, all would collapse in that very instant.

BEING THERE : FEELING OR NOSTALGY ?

J. - I have felt that every time I was escaping from myself, it's like I've been taking some life away and it made me cry a lot.

David ­ The « Living » is pining for you and it's crying when you quit too. The Eternal isn't willing to stand is his shoes when you're absent. He feels unseated too ! Life is languishing to get you back. The « Living » would love it so much to embrace you again.
It is important to feel this nostalgia of the living. We all must understand that for the stars to be able to twinkle in the sky, we have to be with them.
We need to rediscover the « Living » that never left us, but that we mummified behind a mask.
We need to transfer our awareness not on the mask, but on the experimenter, on pure consciousness, on now, where you doesn't learned to think yet. Staying in that transparent relation within which things hadn't become separated from us.
It's a place where everything is related, is together. Time and space aren't even existing yet, words haven't been created to sever.
This place of eternity is forever your presence.

WHY TRYING TO UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING ?

Don't try to understand everything ; each time you are willing to know, you're creating a distance between you and what is, you're loosing your amazement of being alive.
I could never answer all of your interrogations. No one will ever. Become yourself a living question, learn to deal with unknown, with life's mystery. I'll confide you something : it's necessary to accept that a part of ourselves will never be discovered. Then, only then can we find back in the deep of ourselves the little kid ignoring mathematics, music and everything.
We're living and we let operate the magic of the world. We let Earth turn around, our lives turn around and we are always living.
(David calls out to someone who've been complaining about not understanding) :
- Do you know how you think ?
- No.
- See, for all of us, it's the same. We ignore how we're thinking and we assume not knowing it. It's easy.
When we don't, we will work to know and try to find an audience to declare to : « Look at me, I, I have understood the last fashionable thing ». We will be constantly begging people's attention : « Look at me, I know that ! »
We become a beggar, an « outlife », a victim. The relation to Mystery ought to be a living one.
I don't know and it doesn't matter at all because anyway nobody can understand everything, know everything.
What matters is : « When I see, I see ; when I think, I think ».
The art of living is to be present in « I am ».
I am here to recall you this good new. But it's no real «new», because if it were «new», that would implicate that something is old. I am here to recall you your own presence and this presence did never left us.

HOW TO ACHIEVE SUCCESSFULLY A DEPRESSION ?
(or the victim happy to be a victim)

I will shake you up a little this morning. We are going to try to make something to understand how you structure yourselves as victims, how you achieve successfully your depression. Taking thing in that angle, we will be more able to decode how this insidious working is taking place. How and by which trickery, in everyday life, we are using our own intelligence, creativity to take ourselves apart from the source instead of recognizing what we are. What is the recipe ???
The Ten Commandments of the depressive :

1. He doesn't love himself as he is.
2. He took the habit of being untrue about his emotions, he's in the ruminating thought.
3. He prefers to think than to ACT.
4. During a day, he will focus only on the negative aspects of things.
5. Being perfectionist, he takes impossible goals to reach and, as a consequence, judging himself « I'm so idiot. I'm never gonna make it ».
6. As he fails by trying to reach too high, he starts thinking that others are better and he keeps putting himself down.
7. As the others are better, he's always living vicariously, trying to imitate them, idealizing them.
8. As they are idealized, of course people soon begins to disappoint him. Thus, he withdraws and stops believing in relationship and begins to be paranoid.
9. As he no longer believes in relationship, he's lonely, withdrawn, and designate people as the source of his misfortune in accusing them.
10. The depressive is never in the present, he prefers thinking about future on the base of a past already all in grey.

Do you see how to do to get depressive ? It's necessary to stay lucid. Even if emotions are shaking you a lot, it's good, it's going to help you, merely and daily, to see how you're reacting.
Having this description will help us to feel better when : « Look, I'm playing the victim's role ». We won't be able to say : « I don't know how I'm becoming the victim of life, I don't know how I'm dishonest ».
We are not forced to be depressive to be all right, otherwise we're making ourselves believe we have to castigate. Life in itself is bearing it's own intelligence, it's own sap.
Something is to be thought in terms of separation; I will forget I'm the source. The more I will identify to appearances, to events, the more I will forget my source. I don't think that in a man's life, he has to wait for illness, accident or depression. These thing are abnormal.

WARRIOR OF PRESENT

The warrior of the present's weapon is a blade that heals separation. It operates a truthful spiritual healing, because it necessitate that the warrior stands firmly in himself, stands also in all laws of nature, stands in his faultlessness, his dexterity : he stays in « I am » ; he is even before thinking, before judging, before separating himself from the rest.

Don't forget that the Mystery of life isn't a problem to solve, but a reality to experiment.
Nobody have ever solved anything, and nobody won't find anything.
The only way to get « mysterized » is to be alive in the heart of the mystery, without pertinence on God or on oneself.
The only existence of the world lies in the here-and-now. It's nor in history, neither in time, it's in gathering here-and-now that we glorify time and eternity. Eternity has to be nourished by « Here ».

Thus, each ray is linked to the Sun. Let's see : the sunray doesn't fancies as being a separated ray, isolated, acting all by himself. It knows very well it's always linked to the sun. By himself, the sunray isn't creating anything, it's the messenger of the sun. It doesn't fancies himself as the sun either, it's its ray. There's nothing more glorious than rediscovering what's « Me », and our responsibility lies in recognizing in the act : « I am ».We don't have the responsibility to bear the whole world. Did WE create it ? Did WE create mountains, sky and oceans ?
Don't make a belief out of responsibility. The only thing that falls to us is to be « I am », small, tiny, infinitely tiny.
In becoming this sunray, by only recognizing that « I am », you nourish all the totality of life.
If you do think it or not, if you understand it or not, if you discuss it or not, life is always living in its own outpouring, the outpouring of the present instant.
You let yourself being caressed by the wind, merely now, in the moment. Your heart is beating, merely for this moment. Your are breathing, only and merely, and it's always working like that.
Any extrapolation is mental gargling. Wonders are taking place everyday, in this «instantliness», for our survival, only now, for us to be able to think, only now, for us to be, now, for us to find freedom, now, for us to recognize ourselves only now.
I am the gift of life.
Do you know, in each and every second, your cells, your bones, your hair are renewing ? Do you know how you're thinking ? Then let go of it ! Stay in that state of : « I don't know », a living « I don't know » that makes you taste the magic to see and listen.

(David invites J. to share an experience:)
J. : « This morning when I woke up, I understood what I'm hearing for a year now : With the awaking we become aware of the body in a feeling of well-being. And this morning, I realized that just before my body awakes, I Was. I could feel my body, there was light, the sound of the alarm clock, but how can I say ? Before everything, I was that. What I understood is that I am, even before knowing I have a body. I am before I can hear this cicada, before the coming of the thoughts that judge.
David : Good, then, keep on cultivating this relation between yourself and you.
You see, J. tells us about the sap : « I am before awaking, before thinking, before light, before being in history, space and time. » That's something very important; you'll have to make this happen again, otherwise, you will forget about it and start again in your history. This gesture of conscience is due to a sane spirituality. There resides the « Warrior of the present's » art.

The warrior of the present doesn't need his weapon to destroy his enemies, his victim's thoughts, because if he does so, he's dead already : he made the others, the enemies exist.
His weapon is curing separation. It operates a truthful spiritual healing, because it necessitate that the warrior stands firmly in himself, stands also in all laws of nature, stands in his faultlessness, his dexterity : he stays in « I am », he doesn't quit the sap ; he is even before thinking, before judging himself, before separating himself from the rest.
It's an act of vigilance and courage that lies in the heart of the real. In everyday life, into himself, the warrior of the present is invincible. But, if he makes an act of disregard, he's lost. Because that way he would structure an enemy outside of him, he'd create somebody to fight and kill. Let's feel this well. Firmly standing in soi-sève (him-sap; French pun referring to : himself), he can be every particularity of the sap. « I » can include the multitude in the singular, « I » can be on the plural
In «me» is us.
The man with a pure heart, standing in a treasure, standing in life's song, if he hears singing every particle of the creation, from the infinitely small to the infinitely big, it's because, in himself, he's singing « me ».
The « me » he's singing belongs to the universal language, the one before Babel's Tour, when human tongues aren't invented yet and when the words aren't existing to separate things. This « me » is a word to designate the pre-verbal language within which everything is linked, non-separated, existing in the heart of him.
When we're honouring the «Me», when we hear in tune the «Me», we can hear in ourselves all the laws of nature, and, becoming all these laws of nature, all the symbols enclosed in Shiva's Brahma's and Vishnu's names are then embodied. In India, each divinity is represented by attributes; it's a symbolic manner to bear witness of a particular quality of existence lying in the very heart of the laws of nature. When a man stands in this truth, in this cosmic song, in this universality, he becomes and honours the laws of nature, these living divinities. Then, there's no more need for exterior symbols to represent them. He is that living divinity, merely, humbly, in «Me».
Into that particular quality of unity, the Awakening comes at the end to sweep everything away to leave only the transparency of the real. This, you have to recognize it, simply, and stand in the certitude that you are already this quality. You are the emanation of this «Me-Sap», you are the sap manifesting through all the aspects of the creation.
The words of a knowing man are to understand;
the words of an unknowing man are to breath.
The words of a knowing man explains why and how and the wind;
the words of an unknowing man are the lightness of the wind.
The words of an unknowing man are playing, flying, they are the wind.
« Present in the amazement, in the heart of every thought, why am I still so much amazed ?
Every word is a note, a colour, a simple poetry. Hidden in every word are living diamonds, gold and geometry. The art of living is presence in «I am», the art of God is presence, it's very tiny. » (Rêve d'éveil, page 163)
Everything that I say nothing, the essential is never expressed.
The amazement is getting amazed, amazed, amazed...

POWER AND RESPONSIBILITY

Human being has only one fundamental power, to be amazed of existing and living; only one responsibility, to keep living this amazement, source of humility, of curiosity, in relation with other humans and the nature. It's in that sparkle of «self-recognition», it this amazement of being alive that this man standing in the heart of the laws of nature is loyal and self-referring. He is fully participating in life's play.

It's in this lucid «Eureka» (Know yourself and you will know universe and gods) that is in realizing that he IS, that he is existing, that he possesses a body and that he thinks, only then could he feel the «only true miracle» of his own presence. He is created and maintained in life from an instant to another and he's travelling in the infinite aboard the spaceship called Earth. This force itself is keeping him alive. This gift, this power, whom gave them to him ? Whom is making the earth to rotate ? Whom is bearing its weight ? Where are the engines and the gas ? What is this innate intelligence creating and perpetuating everything in the life-death cycle ?

The power and responsibility of a human is to actively be amazed, to be lively, to keep his child soul's freshness and to keep on working to become a conscious adult, responsible of the quality of his relation toward all events and other persons, who are mirrors revealing what he is.

We're all living in a society, but what is «Society» ? It's an abstraction, a concept. Only the human individually exists, human is the base unit of society. It's qualities are the natural extension of human's qualities, not the opposite. All the conflicts on social, political and economical levels can only be sorted out on the individual level.

Our responsibility is to get ourselves transformed, to become true adults, adults meaning responsible of our acts for ourselves and for others too.
It is our duty to «conscientize» the relationship with the other to make it more fluid and stop generating conflicts. To repeat the same mistakes, to press always on the same reaction buttons hoping to get new results is a mistake in the strategy sometime coming close to «ordinary craziness».
The irresponsible human is motivated by a personal ambition and a seek of power as well on social, ideological and esoteric levels.

This deteriorated spiritual mixtures are some untransformed tries nourishing the dominating-dominated, master-and-slave logic, power of man on man.
Our and other's illusion of being jailed into reactions make us seize pains and fears as the only reality. We are then deprived from Eden's garden, life source that is constantly proposing solutions to our victim's resistances. Repeated fails and oppositions are so much difficulties deprivating us from the Great Whole's intelligence working to the core of evolution.

The human responsibility is to let go, at a certain time, his conditionings of victim, his imaginary fears, to act and discover in action, an unexpected ally, the courage, source of accomplishment and of self-confidence.
The human recognizing the quality of his freedom and responsibility must then embody it totally and to share it's witness in his humanity through his actions : he IS, he learns, he understands, he acts. He's fulfills his own destiny, his odyssey, in the natural fun of finding solution to every day's problem.
He gets free from his hindrances, « letting freedom being free ».

The transparent quality of his autonomy in relationship becomes an ethic, an opening and an art of living in a state of lucidity without interferences.
It's the highest form of human intelligence.

When a human becomes a responsible adult, an aspiration, a desire of liberty glooms and liven up. It's the dawn of the spiritual quest. A journey to integrity and obligation to faultlessness begins. Human then becomes the pointer of the courage and the intelligence of the process of liberty becoming flesh. There, an undreamed confidence and patience will take place in the core of this innate intelligence. The strength of this dazzling illumination will overcome all mountains of believes and will reveal to whom is seeking the path, the secret of the ark of the covenant and the mystic nostalgia of the charming prince searching for and awaking the sleeping beauty. Here, one must reinitialize this path coming before birth and after death, genesis of everything that is, has been and will be, included into the very «here and now».

I hope you understand that it's not only about the «here and now» of the glorious terrestrial present, but about timeless plenitude.
As the light is chasing automatically the umbra, false desires of illumination and power will be seen and beheaded in that very moment.
The human realizing his sacred quest and his divine nature is not responsible alone anymore. He is co-responsible and related universally, and this, in great lightness.

That doesn't mean he can do whatever he wants with impunity, crowning himself with spiritual authority. Because laws of nature are living deep inside of him, they strictly ask for a faultless conscience. As a representing-witness of these living laws, he then becomes the «vécu», the «real life experience» without any personal ambition, servant of the growing of the world.
He perfectly accepts the reality as it is, knowing he has no earthly power to change thing outside of himself.

THE MYSTERY OF LIFE

Never forget that the mystery of life is not a problem to solve rather than a reality to experience.
The world is not made to be thought. The only way to enter this mystery is to be living in the very heart of it, without pertinence about God or oneself. The only existence of the world resides in the Here and Now. It's nor in history neither in time.
Eternity need to be fed by the "nowness".
The answer is in the permanent process of questioning, without any answer given to exteriority.

THE OTHER IS THE SOLUTION

In human relationships, one has to learn that the other is the solution. In chemistry, the solution is to mix two substances, example : water and salt. At the beginning, water is afraid and resists. It wonders " oh, what are these tiny and hard grains getting into me, they're gonna attack and hurt me ". Salt is also resisting and wonders " Watch out ! If I go in water, I'll lose my identity and drawn and die" But finally, when taken together, without judgement or a priori, the solution happens : salted water.
They became mutually enriched by the values of the other.
Meeting an other reveals me my rigidity, points out where I'm injured, where " I withdraw ", therefore where " I must work ". The relationship makes me aware of the victim's state I'm maintaining in reacting always in the same way.
It's that work, made together, that will make me grow, and make grow the other too. Within that dynamic acceptation, I'm serving and accompanying life in it's perpetual transformation. Thus, like the natural erosion affecting every thing, the events that put me in relation will " make me a more rounded pathology ", polish my behaviour, making me more and more aware of my relations.
I then become more compassionate about myself and " other selves " in accepting completely and humbly to learn from the other, because I understood that the Other is my solution.
